TITLE: Workshop Facilitator (Casual)
LOCATION: Roles available in QLD & NSW. Post-holders will ideally be located near capital/major cities as there is regular home-state (+ occasional interstate) travel required.
HOURS: Casual hours during school term-times, based on workshop bookings. All engagements will be a min. one working day. Normally an 8am arrival at the school, and an end-of-school day finish time (2:30pm – 3:30pm). Number/distribution of days is flexible according to bookings and Facilitator availability.
PAY RATE: Lead Facilitator*: $562 per day ($75 per hour)
Training / Induction: $342 per/day ($45 per hour)
All travel and accommodation costs are covered, plus generous (above-award) expenses. All travel is proactively managed to ensure a positive work/life balance for all team members. *Lead Facilitator rates are award upon completion of facilitation training and ‘sign off’ as a Lead Facilitator. Time under training wages is dependent on individual growth and development.
STATUS: Casual with the opportunity to move into a part-time or full-time role.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT: registered teacher looking for a dynamic and super-flexible casual role OR A 3rd/4th year pre-service teacher, or a Master of Education Student looking to build your professional experience OR A skilled facilitator with extensive experience engaging large groups of young people through dynamic workshop experiences
