PROGRAM DIRECTOR (PROFESSIONAL LEARNING)

  • LOCATION: SE QLD (ideally Brisbane) preferred. Other locations may be considered for exceptional candidates.
  • HOURS: 1.0 FTE
  • SALARY: c. $134,000 p/a plus Super (pro rata)
  • STATUS: 12 months fixed term (with strong likelihood of extension)
  • START DATE: Term 2 2024 (depending on candidate availability)
  • REPORTS TO: Founder/CEO

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT:

A highly experienced teacher and school leader who is looking to impact education on a global scale through the design and delivery of engaging, hands-on professional learning that excites and energises teachers and school leaders.

PROGRAM MANAGER

  • LOCATION: Brisbane/Adelaide (preferred) or Sydney (considered). Role is anticipated to be c. 50% home-based + 50% in schools or at our Brisbane office (for SEQ-located staff). There will be regular interstate travel.
  • HOURS: 1.0 FTE
  • SALARY: c. $104,000 p/a plus Super
  • STATUS: 12 months fixed term, with strong likelihood of extension.

An experienced teacher with a passion for learning design who is ready to step out of one classroom to work with young people in schools across Australia; supporting students to bend the future; one idea at a time.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

  • LOCATION: Brisbane or remote working considered for outstanding candidates.
  • HOURS: 0.6 FTE
  • SALARY: $60,000 – $80,000 p/a plus Super (pro rata)

  • START DATE: 15 April 2024 (earlier start date can be negotiated).

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT: A compelling communicator and effective marketer who is looking for a purpose-led, wide-ranging marcomms role with both flexibility and significant potential for growth within one of Australia’s most agile, forward-looking education providers.

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS (CASUAL) - QLD/SA/NSW/VIC

  • LOCATION: Roles available in QLD, SA, NSW & VIC. Candidates would ideally be located in capital/major cities. All roles include home-state (and occasional interstate) travel
  • HOURS: Casual hours during school term-times, based on workshop bookings. All engagements will be a min. one working day. Number/distribution of days is flexible according to workshop bookings and Facilitator availability.
  • PAY RATE:
    • Registered Teachers: $562 per day ($75 per hour)[ND1] [ND2] 
    • Pre-Service Teachers*: $342 per/day ($45 per hour)
    • All travel and comfortable accommodation costs are covered, plus generous (above-award) expenses. All travel is proactively managed to ensure a positive work/life balance for all team members.

THESE ROLES WILL SUIT: Registered teachers who are seeking variety and flexibility whilst delivering some of Australia’s most exciting school-based entrepreneurial education programs  and/or Pre-Service teachers who are looking to build practical experience in delivering Project-Based Learning in classrooms across Australia.
