CLASSROOM CASE STUDY: NICE COFFEE CO.
Jim Chapman is the Founder of Nice Coffee Co; a social enterprise that sells coffee beans to corporate businesses so that they can supply quality coffee to their employees who work in their office spaces. Nice Coffee Co is a social enterprise because it repurposes a portion of its business profits to assist with improving St John’s Primary School in Kenya – the largest slum in Africa. Their mission is to break the cycle of poverty through education.
You can use this Future Anything case study video playlist in your classroom to introduce your students to one of Australia’s most exciting social entrepreneurs and hear about Jim’s ‘entrepreneur’s odyssey’ in his own words.
