Leighann Ness Wilson

Project Manager

Leighann Ness Wilson is an experienced educator, designer and researcher, motivated by opportunities to inspire creativity across the curriculum. Leighann is currently a PhD candidate at QUT with a thesis exploring the impact of design thinking on the capabilities and self-efficacy of Australian pre-service primary teachers.

Leighann has been a Technologies Teacher in Residence and a Sessional Academic lecturing in Technologies, STEM, and Science Education at a tertiary level at the Australian Catholic University. Leighann was the inaugural STEAM Education Officer at QUT The Cube and has contributed to numerous research projects across the sectors of health, design and education. Leighann has worked independently as an education consultant, developing and providing student workshops, public programs and professional learning experiences in school and community settings.

At Future Anything, Leighann leverages her research expertise contributing to a range of strategic projects, as well as stepping back into the classroom to facilitate our engaging student workshops.
