2022 was a record year for Future Anything’s Activate in-curriculum Project-Based learning program.
Delivered by over 200 teachers to more than 5000 students in close to 50 schools across Australia, the program build enterprising mindsets in every classroom.

FAIRHOLME COLLEGE (QLD)
Fairholme College delivered Activate 2022 Social Enterprise stream in Year 9 across a whole Semester. Their team Waste2Warmth showcased at the National Grand Final 2022 and picked up one of the highly coveted People’s Choice prizes!
REDBANK PLAINS SHS (QLD)
2022 was the third year for Redbank Plains SHS being part of Activate, with their team PrimeSlime delivering a cracking pitch in the 2022 Grand Final!
MACGREGOR SHS (QLD)
MacGregor SHS delivered Activate 2022 Social Enterprise stream to around 100 Year 9 students across terms 2 and 3. MacGregor SHS was one of three schools inducted in the newly launched Future Anything Hall of Fame, recognising their long-term participation in, and contribution to, the Activate program.
FERNY GROVE SHS (QLD)
Ferny Grove State High School delivered Activate 2022 Business Enterprise stream in Year 10. Four teams from Ferny Grove made it through to the National Semi Finals with two Savii and Happy Koala, also progressing to the National Grand Final 2022. Savii took out the Highly Commended spot!
ST LUKE'S CATHOLIC COLLEGE (NSW)
St Luke’s Catholic College delivered Activate 2022 Social Enterprise stream to 120 Year 9 students in Term 2 2022.
MARYMOUNT COLLEGE (QLD)
Marymount College delivered Activate 2022 Social Enterprise stream in Year 10. Two teams made it through to the Grand Final with Eco Bed coming away as 2022 National Grand Final Winner, and stikky, picking up one of two People’s Choice prizes.
MERCY COLLEGE MACKAY (QLD)
Mercy College Mackay delivered Activate 2022 Social Enterprise stream in Year 9. Louise Mullaney, Mercy College’s Activate teacher, was a finalist in the Future Anything Educator Awards 2022.
NATIONAL GRAND FINAL 2022
Activate 2022 culminated in the Future Anything National Grand Final 2022 live at The Triffid in Brisbane and broadcast online. It was an epic night of showcasing and pitching – congrats to all the teams!
Future Anything’s Activate program offers in-curriculum options for students from Years 5 to Year 12. All content has been developed by our experienced educators and aligns directly to the Australian Curriculum, General Capabilities and Cross Curricular Priorities. Choose one stream, or build a whole school approach to Project Based Learning and/or entrepreneurship by embedding multiple streams.
